NYS PROMISE - Youth and Family Survey
The New York State PROMISE (Promoting Readiness of Minors in Supplemental Security Income) is a randomized-trial study aimed to identify effective strategies, supports and services to improve transition from secondary school to work and postsecondary education for youth receiving Supplement Security Income in NY State. The NYS PROMISE program is planned to be implemented across the three regions - New York City, Central New York, and Western New York. The purpose of youth and family survey is to collect panel data on youth and family's participation in services and collect information on markers of progress for transitioning youth and their families.
